It’s a lovely place and is nicely located with an amazing view. The beds are very comfortable and the room was clean. Of course there is room to more improvement in the bathrooms. Also there are some fish spots on the lake and one of them was blasting with manele music. Food is ok but not the best…
We got married at Ancora and had many guests stay from the UK. It was perfect! The staff are fantastic and helpful. The complex is clean and has all that you could need. The rooms are fresh and comfortable. This is not to mention the outstanding view of the lake. They also do one of the best hot chocolates I have ever tried. If you are travelling through Bicaz definitely stop by here even if it's just to enjoy dinner on the terrace.
Great location, beautiful side views. We choosen a room with the lakeview, the restaurant menu has good varieties of international and local food. The only reason i gave 3 stars to the room, shower wasn’t clean enough, no shower gel/shampoo in the facility and some parts of the sink were missing. Very quiet place to relax with your family/friends.
The hotel has a great location, in the neighborhood of Bicaz Lake. The view from the balcony is awesome. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the restaurant; I had a good meal with fresh fish. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom.
A hotel located on the edge of the lake with a special view. The spacious and clean rooms, which also if you overlook the lake, you have a natural spectacle. The staff and the restaurant are very ok from all points of view. I ate trout from the restaurant's farm and it was extraordinary. I highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms are ok, so far everything was nice and clean. I felt a strong watery smell from the bathroom, but it doesn't go into the room if the door is closed. The view is amazing tho and the suff is extremely friendly.
Very cool place, would definitely recommend. We booked the 14 person chalet and had our own living space and kitchen. The views were amazing. The lake is not meant for swimming, which was disappointing. The kitchen and dishes could have definitely been cleaner.
